Abstract

|
Primary pulmonary lymphoma is rare disease. The patient was 32 year old female with complaints of left chest pain and dyspnea for 1 month. Chest X-ray film showed a well-defined round mass density measuring about 6cm in diameter on the left middle lung field medially, medial border of the mass was closed to left cardiac border. Under the impression of bronchogenic cans, operation was done and the final diagnosis
was primary pulmonary lymphoma,, .lIodgkin´s type with a few small lymphn.ode involvement.
